❓ Why isn’t my CSV upload working?
If your CSV file didn’t upload correctly, here are a few things to check before trying again:
✅ 1. Use the correct template

Always download the upload template from the Operations tab

Templates are dynamically generated based on the Solutions and Components you selected

Uploads will fail if extra columns are added or if headers are renamed
✅ 2. Match the expected format

Keep the header row unchanged

Do not include empty rows
-
Ensure all fields are filled in for required months
✅ 3. Check for value type issues

) as decimal separator

🔑 How can I reset or change my password?
You have two options depending on your access level:
✅ 1. Change it yourself
If you’re logged in:

Click your avatar (bottom-left corner)

Select your name to open User Settings

Click Change Password
🔄 2. Org Manager reset
If you're locked out or can't access your email, an Org Manager can:

Go to User Management

Select your name

Click Reset Password
